Thank you for choosing Total Body Essentials for your overall care and well-being! A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between you and our practice.
We ask when you schedule an appointment that you make every effort to keep that commitment. We understand personal emergencies do occur, and always take that into consideration when receiving last minute cancellations.
In order to provide the highest quality services to our clients, we have enforced the following cancellation policy.
Refunds will be made within 5 days of cancellation.

- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of an appointment will result in a charge of half price of the scheduled service.
- Rescheduling a Service: Must be completed within 48 hours of that scheduled service or will result in a charge of half price of the scheduled service.
